Enhancing the Retail Experience with Biophilic Design

Earthborn Design partnered with Singaporean furniture brand Castlery for the plant installation at its first U.S. flagship showroom in Chelsea, New York. Thoughtfully integrated greenery transforms the showroom into a warm, inviting environment where visitors can imagine bringing the furniture into their own homes.

Indoor plants soften the clean lines of modern furniture, add warmth and texture to curated living spaces, and create a more comfortable shopping experience. By incorporating biophilic design, the showroom feels less like a retail store and more like a lived-in home, encouraging guests to slow down, explore, and connect with each space.
