Earthborn Design is fully insured and equipped to meet the requirements of many of New York City's high-security and professionally managed buildings. From luxury residences to corporate offices, our team is experienced with COIs, building access requirements, and working within strict property management guidelines.
Refined Greenery for a Diplomat's Residence
Overlooking the East River near UN Plaza, this Manhattan residence serves as both a private residence and an elegant setting for entertaining international guests. Earthborn Design incorporated carefully placed greenery throughout the space, adding warmth and softness without competing with the residence's sweeping waterfront views and sophisticated interiors.
Rather than filling the rooms with plants, the design uses greenery as a thoughtful finishing touch. Sculptural plants and subtle natural textures soften formal entertaining areas, bring life to quiet corners, and create a welcoming transition between professional gatherings and everyday living.
From luxury residences and diplomatic homes to penthouses and private entertaining spaces, Earthborn Design creates custom indoor plant installations tailored to the architecture, lifestyle, and atmosphere of each New York City interior.
